For parents & guardians

Helping your son or daughter understand themselves.

A week that teaches what school leaves out: knowing your values, handling pressure and making your own choices.

The challenge

Growing up is louder than it used to be.

In early adulthood, young people are asked to make big choices before anyone has shown them how to listen to themselves. Exams, social media and worries about the future add up, even for those who seem fine.

Doing well at school can hide it: tiredness from constant decisions, goals that belong to someone else, and a quiet feeling of being on the wrong path. The Lab gives them time and simple tools to stop and look at this calmly.

Safety & care

How we look after them.

01

Small groups

No more than 16 young people in a week, so everyone gets real attention and no one gets lost.

02

A trained coach

Louise is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), trained in London, after more than 25 years leading international teams.

03

Looked after on site

Clear house rules and an emergency plan, which we share with parents before the week.

In other people's words

“As a coach, Louise has the rare ability of being able to connect with young people in a transformative manner. That's no easy feat – teenagers can be guarded, skeptical, and resistant to adult guidance, yet Louise consistently breaks through these barriers with authenticity and genuine care.”
